A leading brand in the convenience store industry, with over 900 locations in the South and Midwest, was seeking a live monitoring audio solution to:
- Observe ongoing business operations,
- Develop training programs focused on customer disputes,
- Ensure proper customer service,
- Alert suspicious individuals that they are being monitored.
Louroe Electronics was able to work with the companies’ integrator on developing a system that met the end user’s needs on a comprehensive, adaptable audio solution that integrated with the existing security systems. The result was placement of several Louroe units at each store location, including placement of devices at the entry and exit doors and above registers, allowing for both monitoring and secondary source verification.
