With the products that we produce and the industries that we serve, our contribution to the safety and security of our country is essential. Because of this we will remain open, but are limiting our staff in the office and the factory to make sure that we can safely take orders, process orders and ship orders. As long as our suppliers are able to provide us with the necessary parts, we will continue to ship orders, however there may be a delay beyond our usual 3 days.
Stay safe, and we hope that everyone returns to a normal life as soon as possible.
Official Shipping Notification: Effective April 1st, Louroe will amend our Terms and Conditions of Sale to “reserve the right” to ship up to fourteen (14) business days after the receipt, acknowledgement, and acceptance of Customer’s purchase order. We will continue for now to ship under the current “3 days”, however we may find ourselves short. We have reviewed our requirements with our suppliers, and are reasonably confident we can maintain our Brand promise of short turn-around on purchases.
